We provide services to assist you in the recruitment and training of personal assistants and support workers which includes ensuring that your team have suitable references and are fully criminally checked, and who can specialise to enable your needs and outcomes to be met.
We can assist you to write your person centred plan, contracts for your staff and assist you with supervision and ongoing training for your staff by sourcing and accessing training and qualifications for people so that your outcomes continue to be met should your needs alter or change. This includes assistance with delivering The Care Certificate Induction for your staff, and assisting you as an employer to access and maintain the National Minimum Data Set for Individual Employers.

We are available for advice Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
If we are not able to assist you personally, for any reason, we can signpost you in the direction of services who can, which include guidance on payroll, payroll provision, third party banking and financial/end of year returns
